A major fiber-optic project is currently underway immediately adjacent to the property and is expected to continue through approximately March 1, 2027.
During active work, guests may experience drilling, construction noise, heavy equipment, and construction traffic near the home. Current drilling is scheduled Monday–Saturday, approximately 7 AM–7 PM, although construction-related activity may occur outside those hours and schedules can change.
The ocean view remains unobstructed, but the proximity of the work means construction activity may be noticeable during your stay.
Please consider this temporary construction activity carefully before booking. We want to be completely transparent so there are no surprises when you arrive.
